Это одинаковые магнитолы, только под разными брендами и прошивками. У Санька такая.

Первая как у меня, но под другим брендом, а вторая отличается даже внешне.

Одинакови, но не очень... Сзади очень разные конекторы - болше у первой, я думаю что у первой больше возможностей. Факт, что эти двое производятся у самых болших заводчиков, производящие магнитолы для Венга.
